Some climb Mt. Everest, some compete in Ultra Marathons, others might even break a Guinness world record or two. But I have done what none can boast of; I have survived 7 weeks with the MGA team (please do try and hold your applause until the very end).
Joining the team at the very start of the year as an Account Executive, has been fun and very informative, I have worked with an array of clients across sectors and have learned more acronyms than I had ever thought humanly possible. I’m happy to have been given the opportunity to get stuck in from the onset, and watching projects come to life is always a good feeling.
One of the team members has especially made settling in a breeze. She gives the best hugs, is really committed to attending and being attentive at meetings, takes her work and role in the team very seriously, is a great listener and is always happy to receive new visitors; her name is Amber the office pup. Oh, the others aren’t so bad either.
My biggest highlight so far, though there have been many, would have to be the work we have done with Unilever for their International Women’s Day event and Chubb. Working behind the scenes with brands I have grown up seeing and using further enforces to me, who they are, what they stand for, and why they work as well as they do.
