Chubb Fire & Security was celebrating its 200th anniversary in 2018 – an incredible milestone that the company wanted to celebrate with its employees in offices all around the world.
What did we find that was extraordinary? Coming together to celebrate such a massive landmark across the length and breadth of their operation can be massively empowering.
How we extracted the extraordinary
Based on an employee-created logo, we developed a consistent look & feel to create a recognisable identity for the campaign. A wide range of materials were produced, from printed posters and pull-up banners to internal social media assets and videos, ensuring employees both in offices and in the field would be able to celebrate this incredible milestone. Printed materials were also produced to encourage employees to post content externally on social media, making the celebrations visible throughout the 18 countries and numerous locations Chubb is present in.
