Building on its 200+ years history, Chubb wanted to open a new chapter by launching a global suite of connected services to bring increased connectivity and responsiveness to Fire & Security. They needed to build a sub-brand to establish this new offering and convey the added benefits.

What did we find that was extraordinary? Connected services make a customer’s life easier by being connected and protected by Chubb 24/7/365.

How we extracted the extraordinary

Following a period of immersion to gather insights and understand the key differentiators, MGA developed a range of naming options. Once the name was selected, we then developed a verbal brand platform as well as an impactful visual identity to establish a coherent sub-brand.

With the brand platform in place, we then developed a range of key launch materials, including internal posters and infographics to ensure employees were on-board, external digital assets to introduce Chubb visiON+ to existing and potential customers, factsheets for more detailed information, and an introductory animation to bring the offering to life.
