Our client has embarked on a global Tech Transformation with the introduction of the Digital Workplace – a central hub enabling employees to improve efficiencies and productivity; work smarter; and collaborate with colleagues across the business. The Digital Workplace aims to enhance and streamline an employee’s working day and overall digital experience.

What did we find that was extraordinary? By creating a central hub of information, tools, tips and tricks, we’re allowing employees to work smarter and utilise their time more efficiently.

How we extracted the extraordinary

Our client wanted to create a more seamless user experience when it came to using online tools (and more specifically M365). We were asked to create an internal communications campaign that would create awareness of and inform employees of the advantages of embracing the all-new Digital Workplace.

We developed a bespoke campaign identity, look & feel and a set of Digital Workplace characters representative of the client’s global workforce. These characters were used for storytelling purposes, focusing on how to effectively collaborate with colleagues online, as well as encouraging employees to utilise their time more efficiently in-between meetings. The campaign was delivered through a series of launch comms including emails, newsletter articles, user case studies and a Manager’s Toolkit.
