MGA has been appointed by Ricoh to work alongside internally based marketing stakeholders to deliver key elements of a strategically focused initiative.

The engagement will include an immersion and planning phase, a workshop, creative concept development, and a formal rollout programme. Work has already started on a series of telephone interviews and sleeves are being rolled up for the forthcoming interactive workshop.
