Knight Frank needed to increase awareness of their 5-year strategy across their entire global network, generating a renewed energy behind it and providing the confidence for all employees to get involved and help shape the future of the business.

What did we find that’s extraordinary? Enabling employees to see how the strategy pillars are already being put into action by others will help to create a positive ripple effect.

How we extracted the extraordinary

A campaign concept was created, centred around a core message that challenged employees to consider how they too could help ’shape the future’ to achieve the ‘Our Desired Future’ strategy. Our approach was based on each pillar of the strategy having its own ‘moment’ by creating materials to specifically expand on the drivers within each pillar.

Working closely with the ExComm team, we identified Champions across the length and breadth of the global network who were delivering new initiatives for the future, and case studies were crafted to provide real life examples of the strategy in action to inspire others.

Campaign materials included the development of an intranet hub housing all Champion stories, as well as an integrated toolkit featuring digital posters, table talkers, lock screens and short films. Teaser assets were also developed per pillar to soft launch the ‘moments’ and generate intrigue.
