MTC operates within the justice sector delivering programmes and interventions to help people rehabilitate and break the cycle of reoffending, but the existing brand didn’t consistently capture the full story.
What did we find that’s extraordinary? They are committed to transforming the way that rehabilitation is delivered.
How we extracted the extraordinary
Everyone at MTC has a passion for what they do and who they do it for – they are collectively driven by transforming the lives of the service users that they work with. In order to tell this story, and better connect with both their internal and external audiences, we defined a new brand strategy (Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values), as well as an inspiring positioning and updated narrative. We also developed a distinctive look and feel for the Group and their three key service areas, ensuring consistency across all aspects of their brand architecture. We then delivered this new brand platform through a set of integrated communications touch-points, including a website, intranet, marketing collateral and an employee-focussed campaign.
