To celebrate International Women’s Day, Unilever wanted to raise awareness of one of the biggest enablers of gender equality in the workplace – visible role models.
What did we find that was extraordinary? Unilever is full of diverse, inspiring people who are already contributing to accelerating gender equality.
How we extracted the extraordinary
We created a people-centric campaign which celebrated everyday Gamechangers for gender equality in the business. Our creative approach was bold and unique, using the look and feel of Lichtenstein, a gamechanger in his own industry. We designed campaign materials including posters and digital assets, as well as designing a site where individuals could make their own nominations from across the company.
