Damien, our Group CEO, was on a panel this week discussing future trends in Marcomms at Knight Frank HQ in Baker Street.

The panel’s lively debate covered:

  • Tech + AI: use it to speed up research, insight and ideation. If you’re not using it, someone else is…!
  • Content: needs to be authentic, relevant and written for humans (although you can use the bots to get you started)
  • Client-centricity: remember it’s not about you! Put the client, their pain points and their needs first.
  • Stand out: don’t be obvious. Think laterally. Be authentic. Be relatable. Get inspiration from outside industry. Be, and stay, curious. Be comfortable failing, the potential rewards are worth it.

It was great to be part of the panel and share our insights with other thought leaders, and the wider Knight Frank team.
