Happy New Year! And wow…what an unexpectedly busy first week in 2024! But first, let’s recap what we got up to as a group during the last quarter of 2023.
We’re super pleased to announce that we were category winners for ‘Best Video/Animation’ at this year’s IoIC Awards for our work with Unilever. We’ve also scooped up an Award of Excellence for ‘Best New or Relaunched Channel’ for our work with Marks & Spencer.

Hot off the press: following our success last month with 6 wins at Communicate magazine’s Internal Communications & Engagement Awards, our work has made the cut again and has been shortlisted at the Institute of Internal Communication Awards 2023 in 3 more categories!
Today the shortlist for the IoIC Awards 2021 has been revealed and we are incredibly pleased to have been nominated for our work with Unilever in the Best Ongoing Campaign category.
On the back of our recent win at the IoIC Awards in the Best Culture Category, our 2020 Business Integrity campaign for Unilever has now been live for a month and has received even greater results and engagement already.
Our most recent internal campaigns for Serco have just been launched to help employees with any concerns in the business. Whilst neatly dovetailing, the campaigns focus on two separate communication streams.
