Chubb Fire & Security invested in a brand new training platform for its sales community – the first attempt from the business to provide standardised, high-level training. There was a need to announce this new training platform and encourage sales teams to register.
What did we find that was extraordinary? By putting the emphasis on being ‘sales fit’, we can tease the new platform and create engagement before revealing the platform is all about training.
How we extracted the extraordinary
We created teaser materials that play up the fitness element, to create intrigue within the sales community. Once the platform was in place, we then revealed that the teaser materials were related to the new Sales Academy, and encouraged sales team to take up training through the new platform. Materials included intranet, email and social media assets, and presentation templates to cascade down information in local teams.
