With an ambitious sales target for their UK market, Flowserve wanted to build recognition of the quality engineering involved in the pumps, valves, seals and components they manufacture.

What did we find that’s extraordinary? The technical excellence of Flowserve’s heritage brands gives strong credibility to other products in their range.

How we extracted the extraordinary

We used the halo effect of Flowserve’s heritage brands to develop their overall positioning as masters of engineering – experts who design and manufacture products that work reliably, control risk and deliver higher performance than competitor products. This positioning was embedded amongst the sales team with a toolkit containing a range of campaign assets including printed promotional materials, sample advertising and a refreshed digital product catalogue. The positioning was further reinforced with an internal communication campaign.
