As a globally trusted, long-term supplier to the civil nuclear energy industry, our client needed to define their Employee Value Proposition to inform a recruitment drive to support their global growth, enabling them to articulate why they are the employer of choice.
What did we find that was extraordinary? They provide a unique opportunity to all employees to help deliver innovative solutions that enrich our planet alongside industry leading benefits.
How we extracted the extraordinary
Our initial immersion phase gathered insights to inform our approach. From facilitating focus groups globally to capture a cross-section of employee insights and challenges, to analysing the market and competitor EVPs. A comprehensive audit of their global employee benefits was then completed to identify supporting facts. Our EVP exploration informed a two-dimensional EVP statement.
We refined our thinking, creating an ident that was tested with internal and external audiences. With an approved EVP, a bespoke look & feel and messaging platform was created to inform a comprehensive suite of comms materials to support the global recruitment campaign.
We developed a wide range of assets. These included an engaging Employee Statement to act as a rallying cry, a defined set of EVP ‘proof points’ around key benefits, a ~90-second animation, and a series of posters and GIFs. As well as a Candidate Brochure, intranet and email assets, and a Manager’s Toolkit to help support with the roll-out. These materials were then translated, ready to be utilised globally.
