Unilever is a purpose-driven and values-led company that asks their global workforce to sign an annual pledge to reflect these values. Getting employees to sign the mandatory pledge can be challenging.

What did we find that was extraordinary? Employees take pride in working for Unilever because they share the same values as the business.

How we extracted the extraordinary

We developed a highly emotive and personal campaign encouraging them to protect what they love about Unilever by signing the pledge.

We created a strong visual and verbal style to engage the audience, and used it across a range of deliverables, including a website accessible to all employees, and communication collateral both on and offline.
