The Intellectual Property Office (IPO) wanted to maximise school children’s attendance at and participation in its stand at the recent Big Bang Fair at the NEC in Birmingham.

What did we find that’s extraordinary? They lead the way in encouraging wider awareness that intellectual property rights are a truly valuable asset.

How we extracted the extraordinary

We used a range of compelling drawcards including Aardman Animations’ Wallace & Gromit to attract the attention of students visiting the IPO stand at the Big Bang Fair resulting in over 1,400 entries to the “Cracking Ideas” and “Guess the Fake” competitions as well as ear bleeding numbers of Adele and ID renditions in the Karoake Shower contest.
